1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Prices may change without prior notice due to import rate fluctuations
- Product availability is subject to stock; you will be notified if an item is unavailable
- Product images are for illustration purposes only
- Padel Way reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after payment or COD confirmation
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Cash on Delivery
- For COD orders, full payment must be made to the courier at delivery
- Padel Way is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect details provided by the customer
- Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS after payment is verified
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Karachi: Same Day Delivery (orders placed before 3:00 PM)
- All over Pakistan: Delivery within 48 hours
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or public holidays
- A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched
- Padel Way is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services
5. Product Warranty
All products sold at Padel Way are 100% original from authorized brands including Babolat, Adidas, Wilson, Siux, and NOX. Warranty claims are handled by the respective brand's service center. Padel Way will assist customers in the warranty process where possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
Padel Way is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Sindh.
