Return Policy

1. Our Promise

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 3 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) must be provided
  • Product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging
  • Opened padel balls
  • Applied grip tape or accessories
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items returned after the 3-day window

4. How to Return

  1. Contact us within 3 days via WhatsApp (+92 321 847 1799) or email (padelway@gmail.com)
  2. Share your Order ID and photos of the product
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  4. If approved, ship the product back or drop it at our Karachi store
  5. Refund or exchange will be processed within 2–5 business days

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa)
  • COD orders will receive a bank or wallet transfer refund
  • Processing takes 2–5 business days after approval
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If you received a wrong or defective product, Padel Way will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or free replacement.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or product of equal value, subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference. Exchanges follow the same 3-day return window.
